Birmitrapur - Brahmani, Odisha
(Project Value: Rs. 400.52 Cr)
GKC, as an implementation partner of NHAI, has completed 4 laning of NH-143 & NH-23 in Odisha under NHDP Phase IV (EPC mode). The scope of project includes strengthening and
widening of the Highway, construction of bridges, RoBs, grade separators, underpasses, and a 473 m bridge over the Brahmani River.
Redevelopment of East Kidwai Nagar
(Project Value: Rs. 851 Cr)
GKC executed this prestigious residential project for NBCC Ltd. in New Delhi, constructing 23 towers (3B+G+14 floors) with RCC-framed structures and full MEP services. The project spans 33.7 lakh sq. ft. with 1,805 dwelling units and was completed despite challenges like space constraints, traffic restrictions, and environmental regulations.
Omkareshwar Right Bank Lift Canal Project
(Project Value: Rs. 519 Cr)
Executed for the Narmada Valley Development Corporation, this turnkey project provides irrigation and drinking water to 158 villages, covering a CCA of 28,073 hectares. The project includes pumping systems, sub-station and transmission line, rising main, balancing reservoir, 51 km main canal, and 362 km distribution network.
Kolhapur Water Supply Augmentation Project
(Project Value: Rs. 500.29 Cr)
Executed for Kolhapur Municipal Corporation, this Design–Build–Operate project augments the city’s drinking water supply from Kalammawadi Dam. The scope includes intake systems, pump house, pipelines, water treatment plant, substation, SCADA, and operation & maintenance for 5 years, with a total intake capacity of 236 MLD.
